On 14 November 2020, Basel is set to become the centre of attention for international rowing for the 11th time. The Mirabaud Basel Head Regatta is the biggest eights race to take place in a German-speaking country. The pursuit race over a 6.4-kilometre-long course through the centre of Basel, the 100 teams of eight from 10 countries and the crowds of enthusiastic spectators along the riverbank all make for a sensational atmosphere.
