The Blues Festival Basel in March is one of the most important events of this genre in Europe and has enjoyed great popularity for many years. Over the five-day period, the festival presents musical highlights featuring international stars, but also showcasing talented local bands. The Swiss Blues Grammy, the coveted Swiss Blues Award, is always presented at the Blues Festival Basel.
