The nutrition plan provides an overview of introducing various foods in the first year of life. The recommendations range from the breastfeeding or feeding phase to the transition to family meals. The nutrition plan also includes tips for introducing and preparing complementary foods, as well as for supporting your child's enjoyment of food.
